From what I see, the "Cultural Christian" argument is that some people can't believe all the miraculous Biblical events. However, they see the upside of having a lot of people believe every single word of the Bible. I think Dawkins made some similar argument. I sometimes see it as people having a set of utilitarian ethics. I sometimes have the cynical take that without go forth and multiply, only the Idiocracy has enough kids to prop up population. I was never able to believe. I was Pascal's Wagered by the SBC and it left me with a bitter taste. You can show me the arguments that exist, I just can't get them. I watched a good portion of this, and as I suspected, Michael misunderstands the distinct difference between the "Church" and the Physical seed of Abraham/Jews. When you confuse the distinction between the two, you will be lost throughout God's word, but that confusion manifests mainly through improper hermeneutics in Eschatology. I ask everyone to consider the basics, Is the time of "Jacobs" trouble for the Church or for unbelieving Jews/unbelievers? I've studied this subject for over 20 years, and I "land" where John MacArthur, John Barnett, Lee Brainard, and some of the earliest church fathers like Ephraim the Syrian landed in about the second century AD. The point is that this is NOT a new idea no matter how many confused people try to perpetrate it. This subject is not, however, one to divide over as brothers in Christ. As a Pretribulation adherent, I'm more motivated to evangelize the lost than ever since I know the reality of the imminent, anytime return of the Lord.

It's been disturbing lately the amount of anti-semitism on social media, especially on Twitter. Hamas and others hide behind fake profiles and push out so much propaganda, then have other fake accounts below in the comments agreeing with them. Then I notice even some well known people just gobble it all up and propagate the lies. Like you say, it's historically been a problem in the church, through the war etc. God is not done with the Jewish people.

I had attended this glorious church for many years. I have very rarely seen anyone in the body of Christ in the world love his congregation like Pastor Dr David Carr. The Lord had gifted him mightly to serve the body of Christ. We had a Tuesday night prayer meeting where the presence of the Lord was so tangiable and strong there was times you couldn't even get of the floor but be in facedown in worship of Christ. There was a real need to live in purity and to live a Christ centred life. I recall once when I was sitting behind Pastor and I looked at him and just begin to weep because all I can see was Christ. It essential that leaders point you to exalt and cultivate Christ alone.

I see the problem when I witness to the youth they say that the Christians are leaving in sin they go to bar and get drunk have another women so they don’t want to hear because they say we don’t practice what we preach and we condemn more than showing them that Christ lives in us that’s the problem with the youth. They don’t trust Christian they don’t believe in Christianity because we don’t show them the love of Christ.
